Review of previous brand/product positioning, development of benefits ladder, target segment value chain design of value proposition with positioning statements for up to three different target segments, and messaging cascade . Package includes 60-minute call following review of materials to ensure strategic direction and discuss process, 60-minute call to review draft statements and 90-minute call to present final package. Also includes five hour-long coach/implementation sessions.
